Shipping Policy

At Scanimate, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Retail Orders

• Standard shipping: £2.95
• Delivery timeframe: 1–3 working days from dispatch.
• Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Wholesale Orders

• Delivery timeframe: 3–10 working days from dispatch.
• Shipping is free on wholesale orders over £50.
• A shipping charge of £2.95 applies to wholesale orders under £50.

Order Processing

Retail orders are typically processed within 1 working day. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Wholesale orders are sent to our printers within 1 working day with approx a 3 day dispatch timeframe.

Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays, adverse weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.
